Clean the fish and debone. Set the bones aside.

Boil water in a pot. Add onion, garlic, bird’s eye chillies and Mackerel scad (along with the bones).

Add MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Asam Laksa seasoning, ginger flower and coriander leaves. Allow to boil for 5 minutes.

Remove the fish bones, then cook MAGGI® 2-minute Noodles Asam Laksa for 2 minutes or until ready.

Serve MAGGI® Mee, garnished with calamansi lime, ginger flower, coriander leaves and boiled egg.
