Step1 of 4: Mackerel Fish (Ikan Tongkol), Corn Oil
Heat oil, fry mackerel fish until golden brown.
Step2 of 4: Corn Oil, Garlic, Shallots, Red chili, Green Chili, Bird's Eye Chilli, Lemongrass
Using the same oil, add in garlic, shallots, red chili, green chili, bird's eye chili, and lemongrass. Stir fry until fragrant.
Step3 of 4: Water, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
Add in water and MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup. Stir until slightly thick.
Step4 of 4: Mackerel Fish (Ikan Tongkol), MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Add in MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and fried fish. Mix well.
