    Clean chicken and let it dry to on a rack to remove the access water. Once the chicken is dry, rub the MAGGI® CukupRasa all over chicken. Marinate overnight.

    Using baking tray. Arrange yellow onion, sprinkle black pepper, and top with sliced butter.

    Pre heat oven at 180c. Bake chicken for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Glaze with the sauce mix every 10 minutes. Arrange the blanched bok choy on plate, add the chicken and serve.
