Heat oil in a pan, stir fry cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and start anise until fragrant.
Add in blended ingredients (ginger, garlic and onion) and stir until golden brown.
Add in fennel powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tomato paste, MAGGI® Tomato Sauce, pandan leaf and stir for 1 minute.
Then, add in chicken and stir for 2 minutes and set aside.
In rice cooker, add rice, water & MAGGI® Cukup Rasa™, mix well.
Add chicken onto rice and stir well. Let it cook.
