  • Step1

    30 Min
    Clean the seafood. Thoroughly coat it in the marinade and let it marinate for 30 minutes or 2 hours.
  • Step2

    10 Min
    Heat oil, stir-fry garlic, mushroom and carrot until fragrant. Add in seafood and continue to stir-fry until well cooked.
  • Step3

    5 Min
    Add in noodles and bean sprout. Stir in all the seasoning and continue to stir-fry the noodles until all the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Step4

    1 Min
    Once done, garnish with spring onion, red chilli and fried shallots and serve.

: Ikan Siakap, Udang, Sotong, Sugar, MAGGI® Homemade Chicken Stock, Ground White Pepper, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil

Clean the seafood. Thoroughly coat it in the marinade and let it marinate for 30 minutes or 2 hours.

Heat oil, stir-fry garlic, mushroom and carrot until fragrant. Add in seafood and continue to stir-fry until well cooked.

: Bean sprouts, Longevity Noodle, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® Homemade Chicken Stock, Sesame Oil, Light Soy Sauce, Sugar, Ground White Pepper, Air

Add in noodles and bean sprout. Stir in all the seasoning and continue to stir-fry the noodles until all the liquid has been absorbed.
