    Mix well, shrimp with turmeric powder and MAGGI CukupRasa. Heat oil, fry until golden.

    Grind onion, garlic, galangal, lemongrass and candlenuts with ½ cup of water.

    With the excess frying oil, sauté the ground ingredients until dry. Add MAGGI Sambal Tumis. Saute until the oil breaks.

    Add kaffir lime leaves, water, coconut milk, MAGGI CukupRasa, palm sugar, turmeric leaves and roasted grated coconut. Simmer until thickened.
