    Put rice with blue dye or telang flowers, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and MAGGI® Cukup Rasa into the rice cooker. Then, add water. Mix well and let it cook.

    Thinly slice water celery, ulam raja, long beans, kantan flowers, kesum leaves, cabbage and turmeric leaves.

    Grind red chillies and rice chillies with water, vinegar, sugar and MAGGI® CukupRasa

    To make the chicken percik, mix the chicken well and the MAGGI® Chicken Percik Marinade Paste and coconut milk. Bake overnight or 1 hour.

    Heat some oil, fry the chicken until golden. Serve with kerabu rice, sliced ingredients, bean sprouts, sambal and budu.
