    Mix the chicken with MAGGI CukupRasa, rice flour and turmeric powder.

    Heat cooking oil, fry until crisp. Set it aside.

    In a bowl, mix well curry powder, MAGGI CukupRasa, sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar. Set it aside.

    Using 3 tablespoons of excess oil fry the chicken, sauté the red onion, garlic and pounded dried shrimp. Saute until fragrant.

    Add lemongrass, curry leaves and rice chilli. Saute until crisp.

    Add the sauce mixture. Stir for a while.

    Add in water, mix well. Simmer until thickened. Add the fried chicken. Mix well and ready to serve.
