    Put water, rice, MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cubes and ginger into the pot. Boil until the rice turn into porridge. Add the carrots. Mix well until the carrots are tender. Add sesame oil. Mix well.

    Heat cooking oil, fry the anchovies until crisp. Set it aside. Then, fry the onion and garlic until crisp.
