    In bowl, mix MAGGI® Oyster sauce, water, sugar and dark soy sauce.

    Heat the cooking oil, pour mix sauce on pan and add in Korean Dried Oyster. Boil and simmer until the oysters are thoroughly cooked.

    n a pot, heat oil and stir fry onion and until golden brown. Add in carrot and stir for a while.

    Pour water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, dark soy sauce and braised dried oysters sauce simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add in dark soy sauce and carrot, simmer while.

    Add in abalone, dried oyster and simmer for 5 minutes.

    On a round plate, arrange blanched broccoli, pour abalone and oysters, then pour the sauce on top. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve.
