Wholesome Stir-Fried Fish Fillet with Spring Onion

Step1 of 4: Fish Fillet, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Corn Oil
Coat fish fillet with MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Then, heat pan with ¼ cup corn oil.
Step2 of 4: Fish Fillet, Corn Flour
Next, coat fish with corn flour and pan fry until golden brown. Repeat until fish is finished.
Step3 of 4: Corn Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Spring Onion, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Water
Leave aside 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan. In the same pan, stir-fry ginger, garlic, spring onion, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, light soya sauce and water until fragrant.
Step4 of 4: Corn starch, Water
Add in corn flour to thicken the sauce. Stir in the fish and serve immediately.
