  • For the Preparation of Cashew and Tomato Paste

    Stir in cashew nuts, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick until fragrant. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the tomatoes, grind into a paste.
  • To Cook Curry

    3 Min
    Heat the oil. Saute onion, cardamom, black pepper and bay leaf. Fry until fragrant.

    Add the lamb and stir until half cooked. Add the spice paste mixture and stir 3-5 minutes over low heat.

    Add the cashew nut and tomato paste, ginger, garlic, and MAGGI® Sambal Tumis. Stir until the oil rises. Stir in fried onions for 2 minutes.

    Add water and MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock. Simmer until the lamb is tender.
