Follow this MAGGI® Tomyam Carbonara recipe today! Let’s take a look at how to make this delectable dish. First, sauté diced yellow onion and chopped garlic until they become crisp. Add 2 sprigs of bruised bird’s eye chilli, 1 stem of bruised lemongrass and some kaffir lime leaves. Then, mix in diced mushroom and the 3 packets of MAGGI® Tomyam Kaw Flavor Paste and its side ingredients. Next, add one and a half cup of Nestlé UHT Full Cream Milk and half a cup of heavy whipping cream and stir to mix them well. Now it’s time for the seafood. Add prepped and cleaned prawns and squid and simmer until the seafood is cooked. Then, add halved cherry tomatoes and baby spinach. Now you have the sauce, let’s prepare the noodles.
