When the oil is nice and hot, add in the shallots, garlic, tomato paste and Bird's eye chili then sauté until fragrant.

Then, add in water, cabbage, mustard leaves (sawi), prawns and squid. Bring it to a boil.

Add in MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Kari, the MAGGI Kari Tastemaker, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes. Then pour in egg and turn-off the fire. Stir well and serve.
