Yummy Chicken Rendang with Yogurt

Step1 of 5: Cooking Oil, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Galangal, Chilli Paste, Lemongrass, Water
Heat oil, stir fry the blended ingredients till oil separates and dries up.
Step2 of 5: Chicken Breast
Add chicken, stir fry chicken till partially cooked.
Step3 of 5: Shallots, Garlic, Lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, Tumeric Leaf
Add the shallots, garlic, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves and turmeric leaf. Mix all ingredients and cook for 10 – 15 minutes.
Step4 of 5: Water, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Coconut Milk, Grated coconut, Natural Fat Free Yogurt
Add water, let simmer awhile. Pour in the MAGGI® CukupRasa™, coconut milk, grated coconut and yogurt.

Simmer till gravy thickens and darkens.
