White rice and fresh vegetables come together in this delicious dish that’s perfect for lunch, dinner and some may even say, supper. You can choose a variety of accompaniments to add oomph to your Ulam Fried Rice, such as fried chicken, fried fish, ulam, mixed vegetables or other items of your choice. The more the merrier! It is not hard to prepare Ulam Fried Rice at all. The ingredients are quite easy to find too. If they are not already in your fridge, you can find it at your local supermarket. Among the ingredients you need to cook Ulam Fried Rice are corn oil, cooked rice, eggs, chicken, red onion, small onion, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, torch ginger (bunga kantan) chili, long beans, four-angled beans (kacang botor), selom leaves and lime juice.
