Step1 of 3: Daun Selom, Pucuk Ulam Raja, Long Bean, Torch ginger flower (Bunga Kantan), Kesum Leaves, Cabbage, Lemongrass, Daun Kunyit, Bean sprouts
Before you begin to cook the rice, shred finely the leafy herbs using a sharp knife. Set aside.
Step2 of 3: Siamese Rice, Water, Food colouring, Kaffir lime leaves, Lemongrass, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Next, add the rice, blue colouring or the telang flower (butterfly-pea flower), kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ into the rice cooker. Finally, pour in the water and allow the rice to cook.
