    Blend onions, garlic, galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, chilli padi, green chilli with water in a food processor.

    Heat a saucepan, place meat into the saucepan with the blended ingredients.

    Cook the meat over low heat until the beef changes color and releases the juice.

    Pour coconut milk, dried tamarind, gula melaka. Simmer and stir well.

    When it is well combined, add sliced lemongrass, a little turmeric leaves and kaffir lime leaves. Let it cook until slightly dry then add kerisik and MAGGI CukupRasa.
