Tender Beef & Vegetable in Black Sauce

Step1 of 4: MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Ginger Juice, Corn Flour, Meat
Firstly, marinate the meat in MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, ginger juice and corn flour for 20 minutes.
Step2 of 4: Garlic, Corn Oil, Meat
In a pot, heat up the corn oil and sauté the garlic along with the marinated meat for another 20 minutes.
Step3 of 4: Green Peas, Baby Corn, Red chili, Water, Sesame Oil
Then, you add in the green peas, baby corn, red chilli, water and sesame oil and sauté for 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
