Fillet fish, heat pan or griller and pan fried fish until cooked.

Arrange fish on serving plate.
Step3 of 5: Corn Oil, Holland Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, Bird's Eye Chilli, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Tomato, Water
In a pan, stir fry yellow onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and bird's eye chilli until oil separated. Add in MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, tomatoes and water.

Pour sauce over fish, garnish with coriander leaves.
