Baste sea bass with corn flour, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, and lime juice.
Fry till golden-brown.
In a separate kuali, add oil, garlic, onions, and bird’s eye chillies. Stir fry till fragrant.
Add green apples, green mangoes, pineapple, cucumber, tomatoes, ginger, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, sugar, and coriander. Stir till all ingredients combine and thicken into a sauce.
Turn off heat and pour lime juice. Stir.
Then pour the sauce over freshly fried fish.
Enjoy the crispy deliciousness of the fish with steam rice!
