Succulent Ayam Yoghurt Ala Percik

Step1 of 6: Chicken Breast, Chicken Thighs, Red Onion, Garlic, Lemongrass, Galangal, Water, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Chili Powder, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Start by preparing the marinade by blending the red onions, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and galangal together. Next, add the chicken pieces into a bowl and pour over the blended ingredients. Add in coriander powder, cumin, chilli powder and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Marinate chicken in the mixture and set aside for 1 hour.
Step2 of 6: Cooking Oil, Red Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Dried Chilli
In a wok, heat cooking oil and add in the blended red onions, garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Also add in the dried chillies. Sauté until fragrant.
Step3 of 6: Chicken Breast, Chicken Thighs
Next, add in the marinated chicken and let it cook half way through.
Step4 of 6: Nestlé Natural Set Yougurt, Tamarind, Honey, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Remove the chicken pieces from the wok and add in Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt, tamarind juice, honey and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Allow the mixture to cook until it thickens and the oil separates.
Step5 of 6: Chicken Breast, Chicken Thighs
Grill the chicken over a low charcoal fire or on a griddle pan until the chicken is cooked through and has turned golden brown.
