Pre heat the wok with water.

Sprinkle MAGGI CukupRasa and rub evenly over the fish.

Add in sliced ginger and spring onion on the fish. Steam for 10 minutes over high heat.

Take the fish out from the wok then pour the excess gravy in a bowl and mix with black vinegar, soy sauce, MAGGI Oyster Sauce and sugar until well combined.

Garnish the fish with ginger, bird’s eye chili and spring onion.

Finally, heat oil and drizzle slowly over the fish then pour in the sauce evenly.
