Steam Grouper Fish

Preheat cubie oven, select HEALTHY STEAM mode press SET adjust temperature to 150˚C press START.
Step2 of 7: Grouper Fish, Oil
In a wok, heat oil and fried fish for 1 – 2 minutes and set aside.

After preheating the oven will beep 3 times and the icon “√” appears to infrom the preheat is done.
Step4 of 7: Grouper Fish, Spring Onion
Put the fish in a pot or plate, sprinkle with spring onion and place in cubie oven lower shelf position and set 10 minutes press START.
Step5 of 7: Water, Ginger, MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube, Carrot, Tofu Pok, Yam, Chinese Cabbage, Black fungus, Tomato, Milk
In a pot, boil water, ginger and MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Cube. Blanch carrot, tofu pok, yam, Chinese cabbage, black fungus, tomato and milk in the prepared broth and set aside.

Take the fish out and add in the broth. Cooked for 5 minutes with blanched vegetables.
