Simple Salted Egg Chicken

Step1 of 5: Chicken Breast, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and mix in MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
Step2 of 5: Flour, Corn Flour, Egg
Heat oil. In a bowl, mix flour and corn flour. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
Step3 of 5: Chicken Breast, Flour, Corn Flour, Egg
Dip chicken in flour, then egg and end flour again. Deep fry until golden brown. Repeat until chicken is finished.
Step4 of 5: Butter, without salt, Garlic, Curry Leaf, Bird's Eye Chilli
Then, prepare the sauce. Heat pan and add in butter, garlic, curry leaves and chilli. Stir fry until fragrant.
Step5 of 5: Salted Egg Yolk, Evaporated Milk, Water, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Pour in salted egg yolk, evaporated milk, water and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Let it come to a boil and mix in the chicken. Serve immediately.
