Scrambled Eggs Sambal

Step1 of 9: Dried Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Water, Corn Oil
Blend dried chillies, red onion, garlic, ginger, water and cooking oil together.
Step2 of 9: Cooking Oil, Shallots
Heat oil, stir fry shallots till fragrant.

Add in blended ingredients, stir fry till dry.

Add in 2 tbsp oil, stir fry further till oil separates.
Step5 of 9: Tamarinds, Raw, Water, Water, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Sugar
Add in tamarind, water, MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and sugar. Mix evenly over medium heat.
Step6 of 9: Egg
Crack eggs into sambal, one a time, making a hole each time.

Cook the eggs halfway, then mix evenly.
