Try out this simple scrambled eggs sambal recipe that’ll whet anyone’s appetite for your next meal! Firstly, blend dried chillies, red onion, garlic, ginger, water and cooking oil together. Next, heat up some oil and stir fry shallots till fragrant. Then, add in the blended ingredients and stir fry till dry. Add in another 2 tablespoons of oil, stir fry further till oil separates.
