Heat oil, stir fy shallots until brown.
Add in MAGGI® Sambal Tumis Paste, mix well until the oil splits.
Add the chicken, stir until the chicken well cooked.
Add in water and simmer.
Add sugar and tamarind juice, mix well. Simmer for 3 minutes.
