Sambal Stuffed Hardtail Scad

Step1 of 6: Hardtail Scad, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Split the hardtail scad fish in the centre and sprinkle with MAGGI® CukupRasa.
Step2 of 6: Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Lemongrass
Grind the red onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric and lemon grass.
Step3 of 6: Cooking Oil
Add in blend ingredients in a bowl, sugar, tamaridn paste, MAGGI Sambal Tumis and MAGGI CukupRasa.
Step4 of 6: Grated coconut
Mix grated coconut with all the ingredients in the bowl and set aside.
Step5 of 6: Banana leaves
Stuff the grated coconut mixture into the fish. Wrap the fish in the banana leaf.

Heat the flat pot and add cooking oil. Add the fish and grill until cooked over medium heat.
