Step1 of 5: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Asam Laksa
Blanch noodles fo 1 minute without tastemaker.
Step2 of 5: Corn Oil, Onion, Prawns, Squid, Bird's Eye Chilli, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Asam Laksa, Water
In a wok, stir fry onions, prawns, squid, bird's eye chili, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Asam Laksa seasoning and water until well combined and fragrant.
Step3 of 5: Ginger Torch, Laksa Leaf, Carrot, Chinese Cabbage
Add in ginger torch, laksa leaf, carrot and Chinese cabbage. Stir for 1 minute.
Step4 of 5: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Asam Laksa
Stir in the blanched noodles for 1 minute or until well combined.
Step5 of 5: Lime, Ginger Torch, Laksa Leaf, Boiled eggs
Garnish with lime, ginger torch, laksa leaf and hard boiled egg before serving.
