Marinade chicken using MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Step2 of 8: Corn Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves
Heat wok, add oil and stir fry shallots, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.

Add chilli paste and stir fry briefly.

Add marinated chicken.
Step5 of 8: Holland Onions, Cauliflower, Green, Raw, Baby Corn, Carrot, Long Bean
Next, add Holland onion, cauliflower, baby corn, carrots and long beans.
Step6 of 8: MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Thick soya sauce, Water
Add in sauce mix and water.
