Oyster Sauce Braised Chicken

Step1 of 7: Potato
Heat up wok with some oil. Add in potatoes and brown. Remove and set aside.
Step2 of 7: Ginger
Remove excess oil, leaving just enough in wok. Once oil is hot add in ginger, stir-fry till golden.
Step3 of 7: Garlic
Add in garlic and continue stir-frying till fragrant.
Step4 of 7: Chicken, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Thick soya sauce, Soy sauce
Add in chicken, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, as well as potatoes.
Step5 of 7
Add just enough water to cover chicken.
Step6 of 7
Braise chicken and potatoes till tender
Step7 of 7: White pepper
Season with some salt and white pepper.
