Northern Beef Rice Noodle Soup

Step1 of 6: Oil, Corn And Canola, Beef, lean, Spices, Cinnamon, Ground, Beef, neck bones, cooked, Spices, Anise Seed, Onions, Raw, Water, Tap, Drinking
In soup pot, add water, onion, star anise, cinnamon, beef, beef bones and corn oil. Let it boil with medium heat until the beef is thoroughly cook.
Step2 of 6: Beef, lean
Take out the lean beef, and set aside to cool. (slice beef to serve with noodle)
Step3 of 6: Lemon Grass (Citronella), Raw, Ginger Root, Raw, Spices, Allspice, Ground, Garlic, raw, Onions, Raw
In a pan, heat oil and add in onion, garlic, ginger, soup spices and lemongrass. Stir fry until oil is separated.
Step4 of 6
Add in the paste into the beef stock, stir and let it boil.
