Step1 of 6: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry
Blanch MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles without tastemaker.
Step2 of 6: Cooking Oil, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry, Garlic
Stir fry the blanched noodles with garlic until fragrant for 1 minute.
Step3 of 6: Corn Oil, Red Onion, Garlic, Chili paste, Dried Shrimps, Tomato, Prawns, Water, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, Corn Flour, Prawns, Bird's Eye Chilli, Mustard Greens (Sawi)
Stir fry red onion, garlic, chili paste, dried prawns, tomato and prawns until fragrant. Add in water, MAGGI® Tomato Sauce, MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry seasoning, corn flour and sawi.
Step4 of 6: Egg
When the sauce is boiling, pour the egg slowly into the sauce.
Step5 of 6
Leave and extinguish the fire, mix slowly before serving.
Step6 of 6: Prawns, Bird's Eye Chilli, Fried onions, Lime
Pour sauce onto the fried MAGGI® 2-Minute Curry Noodles and serve with garnishing.
