The base of the dish is made up from MAGGI® 2 Minute Curry Noodles, an all-time favourite among Malaysians. Did you know that the MAGGI® tastemaker consists of authentic spices? The reason behind this is to ensure that every pack of noodle made is rich in flavour. Besides that, the MAGGI® noodles are thick and chewy so that each meal is sufficient enough to get you through your hunger pangs. For a balanced meal, add in a few ingredients such as a boiled egg, your favourite vegetables and other fresh spices to also elevate the taste of the MAGGI® 2 Minute Curry Noodles. As for the Thai-Style MAGGI® Laksa, the preparation is quick and easy! Start by cooking the soup with the ingredients listed and boil the noodles for at least two minutes. Then, pour the hot soup onto the cooked noodles. Proceed to add the other ingredients to enhance the taste of the Thai-Style MAGGI Laksa, a chewy noodle dish with a creamy broth. You can also add in chopped bird’s eye chilli to give your Thai-Style MAGGI® Laksa a spicy kick. This recipe serves two people, but if you are preparing it for a larger group, you can increase the amount of ingredients you use.
