Season prawns and squid with MAGGI CukupRasa, sesame oil and starch.

Boil water, cook MAGGI noodle for 1 minute. Strain under water to stop the cooking process. Set aside

Blanch prawns and squid. Set aside.

Heat wok and pour oil. Lightly stir prawns and squid until fragrant. Set aside.

Heat wok again with oil, stir fry noodles by adding in water, 1.5 packs of MAGGI tastemaker and dark soy sauce. Add in noodle and stir fry till fragrant.
