Step1 of 5: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry
Boil and toss MAGGI® 2-MINN Curry noodles without seasoning.
Step2 of 5: Corn Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Bird's Eye Chilli, Prawns
Sear shallot, garlic, bird's eye chilli and shrimps for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step3 of 5: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry, Water, Mustard Greens (Sawi)
Add water, 3 packets of MAGGI® 2-MINN Curry seasoning and mustard leaves. Mix evenly.
Step4 of 5: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry
Add MAGGI Noodles and mix evenly.
Step5 of 5: Egg
Serve with a sunny side-up egg or a shredded omelette.
