Step1 of 6: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry
Blanch MAGGI® 2-Minute Curry noodles without seasoning for 1 minute. Toss.
Step2 of 6: Corn Oil, Onion, Garlic, Squid, Prawns
Stir fry red onion, garlic, squid and prawns till fragrant.
Step3 of 6: MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles Curry, Water, Corn Flour, Mustard Greens (Sawi)
Add water, 1 ½ pack of MAGGI® 2-Minute Curry Seasoning, corn flour and mustard leaves. Stir evenly, cook till gravy changes colour.
Step4 of 6: Egg
Bring to a boil, then pour the egg slowly into the gravy.
Step5 of 6
Turn off the fire and let it sit, stir it a little before serving.
Step6 of 6
Pour gravy over boiled MAGGI® noodles. Serve.
