Blanch MAGGI® 2-Minute Curry noodles without seasoning for 1 minute. Toss.

Stir fry red onion, garlic, squid and prawns till fragrant.

Add water, 1 ½ pack of MAGGI® 2-Minute Curry Seasoning, corn flour and mustard leaves. Stir evenly, cook till gravy changes colour.

Bring to a boil, then pour the egg slowly into the gravy.

Turn off the fire and let it sit, stir it a little before serving.
