Boil MAGGI 2 Minute Asam Laksa without seasoning for 1 minute. Filter.

Grind onion, garlic, red chili, rice chili, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, mackerel fish flesh and egg until smooth. Add half of the boiled MAGGI Noodles and MAGGI Asam Laksa tastemaker. Grind until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl. Add half of the boiled MAGGI Noodles and kesum leaves. Mix well.

Put 2 tablespoons of otak-otak mixture. Wrap neatly. Repeat for all mixes.

Steam using a flat pan until cooked for 15-20 minutes. Ready to be served.
