In a bowl, mix chicken and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Step2 of 6: Chicken Thighs, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
Marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients.

Heat oil and fry chicken till partially cooked. Set aside.
Step4 of 6: Corn Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Red chili, Bird's Eye Chilli, Lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves
Using the same oil, stir fry the pounded shallots, garlic, red chillies, red bird's eye chilli, lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves till the oil separates.
Step5 of 6: Sweet Soy Sauce, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Sugar
Add in chicken, sweet soy sauce, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Stir evenly.
