In a soup pot, add kimchi at the bottom and spread it around evenly.

Add straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and meat, if you have any.

Next, add in onion, leek or spring onion, chilli paste, chilli flakes, seaweed and MAGGI® CukupRasa™. Add water.

Allow the stew to simmer until it thickens.
