Step1 of 5: Corn Oil, Garlic, Shallots, Anchovies, Bird's Eye Chilli, Bird's Eye Chilli
In a wok, heat oil and stir fry the pounded garlic, onion, dried anchovies, green bird's eye chillies and red bird's eye chillies for 2 minutes.
Step2 of 5: Chicken Breast
Add in chicken breast and stir fry for a while.
Step3 of 5: Egg, Beehoon / rice noodle, Kailan, Carrot
Push ingredients aside, add in eggs, beehoon, kailan, carrot and stir till cooked.
Step4 of 5: MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Add in MAGGI® CukupRasa™, mix for 4 minutes or until combined.
