Healthy Stir Fried Spinach

Step1 of 6: Spinach
Wash spinach well, discarding coarse stems, and drain in a colander.
Step2 of 6: Cooking Oil, Red Onion, Garlic, Red chili
Heat your favorite oil in a large sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. When the heat is just right, add in the red onions, garlic and red chillies and sauté until fragrant.
Step3 of 6: Spinach
Next, increase the heat to medium-high and place the spinach into the pan.

And then, add in the MAGGI® CukupRasa™, white pepper powder and water.

Since spinach releases a lot of water when it cooks, continue stirring and cooking the spinach until the liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes.
