  • Chicken Preparation

    20 Min
    Boil water. Add MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock, ginger and spring onion. After boiling, add the chicken and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from boiling water and set aside.
  • Rice Preparation

    5 Min
    Heat the butter in a pan, saute the chopped garlic, ginger slices and pandan leaves until fragrant. Add rice and fry for a while.
  • Step3

    15 Min
    Transfer to an electric rice cooker and add water, MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock and sesame oil. Stir well. Let the rice cook.
  • Preparation of Soy Sauce

    2 Min
    Mix light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil together with chicken broth.
  • Preparation of Chili Sauce

    5 Min
    Pound the red chillies, garlic and ginger until fine. Add MAGGI® CukupRasa, sugar and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Serve

    10 Min
    Cut the chicken, serve with rice, soy sauce, chili sauce and sliced vegetables.
