Ginger Fried Fish

Step1 of 5: Yellowtail Scad (Ikan Selar), Turmeric Powder, MAGGI® CukupRasa™
In a bowl, marinate fish with turmeric powder and MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
Step2 of 5: Corn Oil, Yellowtail Scad (Ikan Selar)
Heat oil, fry fish till crispy.
Step3 of 5: Corn Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Ginger, Bird's Eye Chilli, Water
Using 1 tsp of the same oil, stir fry the red onions, garlic, ginger, bird's eye chillies amd water till mushy.
Step4 of 5: Tomato, Spring Onion, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Tamarind Juice, Sugar
Add tomatoes, spring onion, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, tamarind juice and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour over fish.
