In a bowl, marinate fish with turmeric powder and MAGGI® CukupRasa™.
Heat oil, fry fish till crispy.
Using 1 tsp of the same oil, stir fry the red onions, garlic, ginger, bird's eye chillies amd water till mushy.
Add tomatoes, spring onion, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, tamarind juice and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over fish.
