Boil water, add MAGGI® Tomyam Soup Cube, sliced galangal, chopped lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, coriander root, chopped bird's eye chilies, large chopped shallot, fish sauce and lime juice.
Add the chicken that has been cut into small pieces and simmer until the chicken is half cooked.
Add the sliced carrots, tomatoes and chopped young corn. Simmer until chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
Add the lemon juice and stir well. Garnish with coriander leaves and ready to serve.
