    Grind onion, garlic and lemongrass with water until smooth.

    Heat cooking oil, fry the ground ingredients until slightly dry. Add MAGGI® Sambal Tumis and curry powder, fry until oil breaks.

    Add the chicken, cook for a while. Add tamarind juice. Simmer.

    Add coconut milk, MAGGI® Cukup Rasa and sugar. Mix well and simmer until the oil rises to the surface. Remove the chicken from the gravy and shred.

    Place some of the yellow noodles that have been blanched in a bowl, pour the gravy, put some vegetables, garnish with sliced red chilies, fried onions and boiled eggs and ready to serve.
