A kurma style cooking is a very well loved dish. Whether its chicken kurma, beef kurma or even egg kurma. This fragrant and flavorful dish combines the simplicity of boiled eggs with a rich, aromatic gravy. Follow this Egg Kurma recipe to learn how to make this appetizing dish. Start by boiling 10 eggs. Once its cooked, peel of the shell and set aside. Next, blend 3 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger and half a cup of water until smooth. Then, sauté the blended ingredients until it is dry. Add in the kurma paste next which is just 6 scoops of kurma powder mix with a little bit of water and cook until the oil seperates. Next step is to add two and a half cups of water, cut potatoes and 2 cubes of MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube. Let it simmer until the potatoes are cooked. You can tell the potatoes are done if it is soft to the centre when you run a fork or knife to the centre of the potatoes. Add in the boiled eggs and one third cup of coconut milk, a dash of MAGGI® CukupRasa, cut tomatoes and green chili. Simmer for around 5 minutes and you are done! The egg kurma is ready to be enjoyed.
