Step1 of 4: Cooking Oil, Brinjal
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and grill eggplant until it chars a little.
Step2 of 4: Cooking Oil, Shallots, Garlic, Dried Chilli, Water
Heat oil and sauté blended ingredients until oil separates.
Step3 of 4
Cook until the sambal turns darker than it was originally.
Step4 of 4: Tamarind Paste, Water, MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Sugar
When the sambal starts to look dry, pour the tamarind water and let it come to a boil. Sprinkle in MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and sugar.
