Heat oil and sauté blended shallot and garlic until dry. Then add in MAGGI® Sambal Tumis. Fry until oil has saperated.
Cook until the sambal turns darker than it was originally.
MAGGI® CukupRasa™, Water, Tamarind Paste, Sugar
When the sambal starts to look dry, pour the tamarind water and let it come to a boil. Sprinkle in MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and sugar. Mix well.
Brinjal, Cooking Oil
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and grill eggplant until it chars a little. Set aside, pour sambal over eggplant. Ready to serve.
