Dark Sauce Chicken

Step1 of 6: Chicken Breast, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Shallots, Garlic, Ginger
In a bowl, mix chicken, pounded ingredients, and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Step2 of 6
Marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare next ingredients.
Step3 of 6: Corn Oil, Onion, Garlic, Dried Chilli, Curry Leaf, Pandan leaf, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cloves, Cinnamon, Lemongrass
Heat oil, stir fry the blended ingredients (red onion, garlic and dried chillies), curry leaves, screw pine leaf, cardamom, star anise, cloves. cinnamon stick and lemongrass till fragrant and oil separates.
Step4 of 6: Chicken Breast
Add the marinated chicken, stir fry till chicken is partially cooked.
Step5 of 6: Tomato Puree, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, Sweet Soy Sauce, Thick soya sauce, Water, Gula Melaka, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
Add tomato puree, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, sweet soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, palm sugar and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Stir till evenly mixed and cooked.
Step6 of 6: Holland Onions, Tomato, Green Chili
Add garnishing and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
